Pawłów Protected Landscape was founded in 1983.
It is located in the Chełm Poviat. The main purpose of the region is to moderate and prevent the negative industrial impact on the natural environment.
Pawłów Protected Landscape separates two industrial basins: cement basins in Rejowiec Fabryczny in the South side from the Lubelskie Coal Basin in the North.
